Waina View Civil is highly experienced in temporary traffic management (TTM), with specialist capability across both CAT A and CAT B road networks. As one of the few South Taranaki based providers in the region, we’ve built strong, trusted relationships with Taranaki's Road Controlling Authorities (RCAs), enabling efficient coordination and reliable service delivery. 

Our primary focus is safety— creating well-managed worksites with clear, effective guidance for both road workers and the travelling public. At the same time, we aim to minimise disruption and maintain traffic flow wherever possible, ensuring projects progress smoothly without unnecessary delays. 

We take a risk-based approach to TTM planning and delivery, aligned with the principles of the New Zealand Guide to Temporary Traffic Management (NZGTTM). This ensures that every worksite is assessed and managed according to its specific risk profile, allowing us to implement fit-for-purpose controls that optimise both safety and efficiency.

Our operations are aligned with New Zealand Transport Agency requirements and recognised industry standards for temporary traffic management. We maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement, with our team regularly upskilling to remain current with evolving TTM practices. We also actively participate in industry training and forums to ensure our methods reflect the latest guidance and expectations.
