Waina View Civil is a Taranaki-based civil construction company committed to delivering high-quality, practical solutions across a wide range of civil infrastructure projects. With proven capability in roading and pavement, Three Waters, and traffic management, we support clients from initial planning through to successful project completion.

Our team is committed to achieving safe, reliable, and cost-effective outcomes, with a strong focus on workmanship, communication, and meeting project deadlines. Backed by industry experience and a hands-on approach, we take pride in consistently delivering results that meet both client expectations and regulatory standards.

Waina View Civil has delivered a broad portfolio of projects across the Taranaki region. We also provide support to contractors in other regions of New Zealand, offering both specialist expertise and flexible delivery capability. Established in 2022 as a sole operator, the business has grown steadily to a team of eight employees who are experienced in delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget. 

Owner and Director Blair Gorrie has extensive industry experience. First beginning his career as a technician in a civil testing laboratory before progressing into consulting, surfacing division management, and senior contract/project management roles. His background is reflected in the projects he delivers, where his strong technical expertise and practical insight are demonstrated through effective management and leadership.
